Alfredo Solórzano obtained his law degree (J.D. equivalent) at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Santa Fe México City campus. Alfredo Solórzano’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions in Mexico, particularly real estate investment, development and leasing, hospitality and corporate, and advises in strategic acquisitions of real property in the industrial, commercial, tourism and residential.

Alfredo has assisted clients for some of the most representative developers and condominium regimes of Baja Sur; and recently counseled and coordinated all legal aspects of two major hotel developments in process in this fast growing area. Also, Alfredo represents important hotel investors in Tulum and Valle de Guadalupe, both fast developing areas in Mexico.

Alfredo regularly represents developers, hospitality groups, and investment firms doing business in Mexico, counseling in several legal areas towards successful ventures. Alfredo leads the Los Cabos office, and has lived in Baja Sur for the past fourteen years.
